I dreamed I saw Paul Hill last night,
Alive as you or me
Says I, "But Paul, you're ten years dead,"
"I never died," says he

"In Pensacola," says I to him,
Him standing by my bed,
"They framed you on a murder charge,"
Says Paul, "But I ain't dead,"
Says Paul, "But I ain't dead."
"The 'bortion bosses killed you, Paul,
They poisoned you," says I.
"Takes more than needles to kill a man,"
Says Paul, "I didn't die,"
Says Paul, "I didn't die."
And standing there as big as life
And smiling with his eyes
Paul says, "What they forgot to kill
Went on to organize,
Went on to organize."
"Paul Hill ain't dead," he says to me,
"Paul Hill ain't never died.
Where unborn children face the knife
Paul Hill is at their side,
Paul Hill is at their side."

Brother Paul Hill was executed September 3rd, 2003 AD.
